How Leicester Immigration Works
Here are our steps to complete and sort out your immigration case:
Free initial meeting
During the initial meeting we ask questions to identify your circumstances in order to identify if you are eligible to apply to specific type of visa or take certain immigration route. This is absolutely free with no obligation to take our services.
Case
assessment
We may ask you to send some information and documents to further assess your case before we agree to take your case. There is no charge for this initial assessment. Once we see that you are eligible to apply for specific type of visa we will let you know our fees and it is down to you to proceed or not.
Supporting documents
We will send you a list of supporting documents and will share a secure site to upload the supporting documents. The document will then be reviewed to ensure there are enough documents to support your case.
Application
submission
Once all the supporting documents are uploaded and reviewed, the application will be filled together with the letter of representations that is prepared by our lawyer explaining your circumstances and showing your are meeting the requirements.
Follow-up
After the application is submitted we book a biometric enrolment appointment for you if required. We do follow up and inform you with any letters or emails from the Home Office. Once the case is completed we return any original documents back to you and we send you a closure letter.
